This one-day conference, jointly sponsored by USF Health, Moffitt Cancer Center, M. D. Anderson, and the Florida Association of Clinical Oncology, is designed to present the most recent diagnostic and therapeutic advances in hematologic malignancies. National experts in the field will present the most recent treatment options, emerging therapies and available clinical trials to hematologists, medical oncologists, pharmacists, fellows, residents, physician nurse practitioners, nurses and other healthcare personnel who are interested in this field.

The conference is divided into four sessions that will focus on myeloproliferative neoplasms, myelodyplastic syndromes, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma. The format will consist of plenary lectures, case presentations and discussions.

CME and continuing education credit hours will be offered.
