Services include pain and palliative care, full-time chaplains, support groups and help finding lodging during your treatment.
Moffitt Cancer Center offers a comprehensive program of psychosocial and palliative care that offers emotional, social and spiritual support, as well as education about cancer. Hospital chaplains, social workers and clinical psychologists provide evaluation, individual and family counseling, and professionally led support groups. Nutritional counseling is also available.
Additional services include an integrative medicine program with complementary therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, and guided imagery. An Arts In Medicine program features music, painting, writing, dance, and other creative opportunities for patients and family members.
