Pre-requisites include an advanced pharmacy degree as well as the completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency (PGY-1). Comparable, additional clinical experience will be considered if this experience has been approved by ASHP. Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the state of Florida.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to schedule a preliminary interview through the Personnel Placement Service at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in December. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed this interview.
Interested candidates should submit a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcripts and three letters of reference via PhORCAS. The deadline for submission of application materials is January 7.
The selection of candidates will be made based on the consensus of the Oncology Residency Advisory Board, the Director of Pharmacy and the Oncology Residency Director. Selected applicants are requested to visit for on-site interviews during January and February.
