  Study Title:

  Total Lung Care (TLC): Epidemiology of Lung Cancer

  Summary:

  The purpose of this study is to recruit patients who visit the Thoracic Oncology Clinic at the Moffitt Cancer Center using a detailed thoracic-specific questionnaire and blood samples that will be used to assess factors that influence lung cancer risk, outcomes, and survival.

  Objective:

  To develop and implement a functional epidemiology research infrastructure that will prospectively recruit patients with accompanying lung cancer questionnaires.

• Inclusion Criteria

  • 18 years of age or older
  • English-speaking (or someone who can translate for the patient) lung cancer patients
  • All patients will be recruited from the Thoracic Oncology clinic at Moffitt.
  • There will be no restrictions by age (other than 18 years or older), gender, ethnicity, race, stage, or histology.
