How to Apply to SPARK
Fill out an electronic application.
The completed application will contain:
1. An application submitted by the deadline, with all the supporting materials received by the program. Partially completed or applications with missing materials will not be sent to the selection committee for review.
2. Letter(s) of recommendation: At least one letter (up to three) of recommendation from a person with whom you share an academic or professional relationship. You will be asked to provide the email address for your recommender(s) in the application. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their letters are received before the deadline.
3. Official academic transcripts: Applicants who have not yet completed a full year of undergraduate coursework must also provide a copy of their high school transcripts. Those who have completed at least a year of an undergraduate program only need to have their undergraduate transcripts submitted. Please be advised that electronic transcripts are preferred, as mailed transcripts could experience delays in our campus mail system and potentially put your program decision in jeopardy. Unofficial transcripts will not be accepted. Electronic transcripts should be sent to SPARK@moffitt.org. If electronic submission of your transcripts is not possible, please have them mailed to:

If you are also applying to the ENCOURAGE-Diversity program, please let us know, we can use the same set of transcripts for both applications.
