Moffitt Sponsorship Requests

At Moffitt Cancer Center, we are committed to supporting community-based events and initiatives that align with our mission to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer. Some of that support comes through sponsorships. To help us better understand your needs, please complete our sponsorship request form. As much as we would like to extend our support to all cancer-related events, we are not able to fulfill every request. Thank you for your understanding.

Ineligible Activities

• Local youth sports organizations
• Political or partisan organizations
• Raffles or games of chance
• Religious activities that promote a specific doctrine
• Requests that benefit an individual or family
• School-based programs (e.g., fundraisers, sports, drama clubs, etc.)
• Travel or lodging expenses

Conditions

• Requests should be submitted at least three months before the event date.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.
