2025 PhD Students Visit Moffitt

Throughout February, Moffitt Cancer Center welcomed 45 promising PhD graduate students in person and another 25 students via Zoom for recruitment into the Cancer PhD program. In collaboration with the University of South Florida, Moffitt offers four distinctive PhD tracks in cancer biology, cancer immunology and immunotherapy, cancer chemical biology and integrated mathematical oncology. This highly competitive program provides cutting-edge training in cancer research, supporting Moffitt's mission to "contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer."

In-person events included a dinner at the renowned Columbia Café, campus tours, networking opportunities with current students, and engaging interviews with Moffitt faculty researchers.

The future of cancer research lies in the hands of the next generation, and we’re excited to see which students will join us in Fall 2025.
