This month, we celebrate a special milestone: five years since Patrick Hwu, MD, joined Moffitt Cancer Center as president and CEO.
In that time, the organization has experienced tremendous growth and transformation, guided by a shared commitment to accelerate the prevention and cure of cancer.
We’ve built new facilities, expanded access to care, advanced groundbreaking discoveries and strengthened our culture of innovation. Under Hwu’s leadership, Moffitt has continued to attract top talent, form powerful partnerships and inspire new ways of thinking about what’s possible in cancer research and treatment.
What truly defines these past five years, however, is the sense of unity and purpose that continues to bring us together, whether in our labs, clinics, community events or celebrations of one another’s success.
