How can I manage my monthly gift?
You can change your payment method, withdrawal date, amount or cancel your monthly gift online. Sign in to your account using the email address used to make your donation. If you’ve never logged in, reset your password first. If you need support troubleshooting, follow these steps, or call the Foundation at 1-800-456-3434, ext. 1403.

How do I become a Partner in Discovery monthly sustaining donor?
Sign up to make monthly contributions online using a debit or a credit card. You can cover the processing fees in your monthly transaction when you set up the gift as it allows more of the donation to go to Moffitt due to lower transaction processing fees.

How do I receive my tax deductions?
As a monthly giving donor, you will receive an email to confirm your gift transaction each month. In addition, you will receive a cumulative tax receipt in January to submit to your tax service or accountant. You can also request a receipt at any time by contacting our gift processing team at FoundationInfo@Moffitt.org.

When am I charged each month?
Your sustaining gift will be charged the same day every month as the day you first signed up. Example: first monthly gift is April 17. Your next gift will be processed May 17.

The minimum giving amount is $5/month and you can choose any amount that fits in with your budget.
