Specialty Pharmacy Refill Requests

You can now request prescription refills at Moffitt’s Specialty Pharmacy 24/7 by phone. Just call 813-745-7354 and press 1 to start the refill process.

How It Works:

You’ll answer the same essential questions as you would via text or in a conversation with our team. Simply press 1 for "Yes" or 2 for "No" to respond. Here’s what we’ll ask:

• Have there been any changes with your insurance?
• Have you had any changes to your medication, dose or instructions?
• Have you started taking any new medications, herbals, or supplements?
• Have been diagnosed with any new medical conditions?
• Do you have any new allergies?
• Do you have any concerns about side effects?
• Do you have any concerns with taking your medications?
• Have you missed taking your medication in the last month or since your last refill?
• Can you store your medications and supplies as instructed?
• Are you able to contact 911 in an emergency?

Be Prepared:

• Have your prescription number ready and confirm your birthdate in MM/DD format. For example, if your birthdate is April 7, 1985 enter 0407.
• Enter your 6-digit prescription number followed by #. For example, if your prescription number is RX # 817627-008964, enter 817627#.
• Confirm your entry by pressing 7 or re-enter by pressing 8 if needed.
