Major Histocompatibility Complex II (MHC-II) is known to present antigens that originated from proteins taken up by the cell during immune surveillance. My research focus is to identify and quantify antigens presented by MHC-II specifically from tumors utilizing tissue culture and mouse models of lung cancer. We hope to use these insights to guide the next generation of precision cancer immunotherapies.
