My research focuses on identifying tumor antigens that are presented by Major Histocompatibility complexes (MHC-I and MHC-II) in Pancreatic Cancer. Utilizing pancreatic organoids and sophisticated mouse models, my research aims to discover antigens presented by cancer cells under different cellular perturbations, as well as stromal cells including Cancer-associated fibroblasts. The findings from this study will potentially guide the next generation of precision cancer immunotherapies.
