He completed a Urology Residency at West Virginia University Medicine, Morgantown, followed by a Urologic Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa. Dr. Luchey joined Moffitt from West Virginia University Medicine where he was appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Urologic Oncology. He specializes in treating patients with kidney, bladder, and prostate malignancies. His focus is on the effectiveness of various surgical education methods and health-related quality outcomes for genitourinary malignancies.
