What happens next?

Our team will verify the information you provided on the request form.

  1. Based on the insurance plan, most patients will be cleared for scheduling within 1 business day. Some insurance plans require additional steps. If this is the case, we will be in contact to walk you through the process. 
  2. Once your insurance is verified, a patient access scheduler will reach out to schedule your appointment. Most patients will hear from their scheduler within 1-2 business days. 
  3. After your appointment is scheduled, the care team will be in contact within 1 business day for your First Connect call. This is where you can ask your questions to a cancer care expert prior to your upcoming appointment. 

Throughout the process, if our team has any questions, they will contact you via phone call, text or email.
