  Study Title:

  REFLECT: Reproductive Education and Fertility Links for Cancer Treatment

  Objective:

  Aim 1: Leverage existing concept maps to develop the web-based tool REFLECT, an education tool with decision support focused on family building and genetic risks to future offspring. Aim 2: User test the web-based education and decision support tool developed in Aim 1 to help AYA patients better understand fertility and genetic risks for cancer in future offspring

• Inclusion Criteria

  Inclusion Criteria:
  • Patients must have received cancer care at Moffitt
  • Patients must be between the ages of 18 to 39
  • Patients are considering having a child in the future or have children at the time of their diagnosis
  • Patients must be able to speak and read English
  • Patients must have access to a device that can connect to the internet

• Exclusion Criteria

  Exclusion Criteria:
  • Patients will be excluded if all Inclusion Criteria is not met
