Overview
Study Title:
ColoCare GO
Objective:
The overall goal of this project is to understand the risk factors and improve the clinical care and survivorship experience of older colorectal cancer patients.

Inclusion Criteria
- Key Inclusion Criteria:
- Men and women ages 65 and over at the time of diagnosis.
- Newly-diagnosed or recurring colorectal cancer (any stage).
- Consented and enrolled into the ColoCare Study.

Exclusion Criteria
- Key Exclusion Criteria:
- Women pregnant at the time of diagnosis, prisoners, and patients unable to provide informed consent, or unable to read, write, or fill in questionnaires in English will not be included in this study (Spanish questionnaires are being developed for the ColoCare Study and Spanish speaking patients will be included in the future).
- After patient enrollment, if any participants develop a mental impairment that does not allow the participant to complete study procedures (per judgment by study staff), they will not be contacted any further for study procedures.
