  Study Title:

  Moffitt Community Registry (MCR)

  Objective:

  The Primary Aim of the MCR is: 1) To recruit and retain community individuals into a registry to facilitate recruitment for Moffitt research studies. Contact information, demographics, and basic health information will be collected and stored, with the goal of having registry participants represent both the catchment area priority populations and those most relevant to Moffitt faculty research interests. a. Moffitt priority populations: non-Hispanic Black/AA, Hispanic, Spanish-speaking, age 65+, populations below the poverty level, HIV+, and rural b. Example Moffitt faculty research priorities: LGBTQ+, tobacco users, physical activity, nutrition

• Inclusion Criteria

  Key Inclusion Criteria:
  • Individuals will be eligible for the MCR if they are over the age of 18 and speak English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.

• Exclusion Criteria

  Key Exclusion Criteria:
  • Not meeting all inclusion criteria.
