Pharmacy Student (Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience)
The Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences, or APPEs, are four-week, 160-hour professional experiences designed to provide students with the opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge base in pharmacy practice. APPEs provide students the opportunity to serve various patient populations in a variety of settings and to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. We currently offer APPE rotations in Investigational Drugs, Critical Care, Infectious Disease, Bone Marrow Transplant, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Internal and Hospital Medicine, Pain Management, and other ambulatory oncology rotations.
