Application Process
Graduates of an ACGME (or equivalent) Urology residency training program are eligible to apply. This program sponsors only H1B visas.
Our program utilizes the AUA match process. Please register for the match through the SUO webpage.
How to Apply
We require the following:
- A completed application form
- Current CV
- A letter of recommendation from the director of your Urology residency program sent directly to our program
- Two additional letters of recommendation from physicians of your choice addressed to the fellowship director
- Medical school transcripts and USMLE scores
- Personal statement
- Current photo
