Tampa Bay Bucs Rookies Face Toughest Challenge Yet
It was a truly special day at Moffitt Cancer Center when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookies visited the Moffitt McKinley Campus on Oct. 17. Twenty-two members of the rookie class and several Bucs cheerleaders stopped by Moffitt McKinley Hospital, where they brought smiles to patients, caregivers and team members. The club later stopped by the Infusion Center and Clinical Research Unit at the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Outpatient Center to greet patients undergoing treatment.
Kindness is contagious
The team ended the day meeting Moffitt’s own rookies at the Child Development Center where they partied, danced and joined the kids in a field day. The team captivated the tiny crowd singing “Baby Shark” and “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” after losing a very intense round of tug of war to toddlers!
