Notes of gratitude for Moffitt Team Members 

We honor Moffitt team members who work tirelessly and selflessly to care for our patients, their families and caregivers, and one another. You’re invited to show your appreciation in two different ways.

First, share a note of gratitude to let a team member know how much you appreciate them! (Please note that Moffitt prohibits taking photos and videos of team members and patients without their consent.)

Second, if the team member demonstrates a deep commitment to patient- and family-centered values, actively engages in initiatives that enhance the quality of care and support and serves as a role model  in fostering respectful, inclusive, and compassionate environments they may be eligible for nomination for the Patti K. Halula Legacy Award.  Please click on the link to find out more about the award and submit a nomination.

Your messages of support, encouragement and gratitude will be spread system-wide and delivered to our staff. They will be posted on a public forum in various places across Moffitt Cancer Center and will be viewed by our team members, patients, families and caregivers. Come back and leave as many messages as you'd like and share this with others who might also like to thank our team members.
