Overview
Dr. Kareem Rayn is an Assistant Member in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Rayn received his MD degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, Brooklyn, New York. He completed a Radiation Oncology Residency at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Rayn’s clinical interest is in utilizing the latest techniques in precision-guided radiation therapy, including stereotactic radiation and brachytherapy. His research interests include translational and clinical medicine and leading clinical trials. He is also interested in advancing the ability to tailor individualized radiation therapy plans using genomic and radiomic methods to optimize patient outcomes.
