Dr. Silverman received his MD degree from the University of Miami, Florida. He completed a Radiation Oncology residency at the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, where he also served as Chief Resident. He then completed a Radiation Oncology Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida. Dr. Silverman joins us from GenesisCare, Sarasota, Florida where he has worked as a Radiation Oncologist since 1998. Dr. Silverman’s clinical and research interest is palliative radiotherapy with a focus on the treatment of bone metastases.
