Pancreatic CystsDr. Saraswathi Cappelle is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle received her DO degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Florida. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle joins us from Temple University Hospital where she was appointed as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Endoscopy Director. Dr. Cappelle’s clinical and research interests include pancreatic cystic neoplasms, pancreaticobiliary disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound and colonic gastrointestinal endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR).
