Vice President, Chief Workforce and Community Advocacy Officer
Cathy Grant joined Moffitt Cancer Center in 2006 and has held leadership positions throughout her tenure, advancing care and access to cancer treatment for communities across the region and state.
She leads an interdisciplinary team of professionals focused on improving health disparities, linguistic competence, language access and supplier development.
Notable programs established during her tenure include the model for team member engagement networks, the supplier development program, and policies that guide language access for limited English proficient patients and families.
Grant is a graduate of City University of New York, where she earned a Master of Public Administration. She serves as chair of the Alliance of Dedicated Cancer Center’s Health Equity Workgroup and is Co-Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Tampa Museum of Art, Board of Trustees. Grant is also a graduate of Leadership Tampa 2020.
