Cathy Grant joined Moffitt Cancer Center in 2006 and has held leadership positions throughout her tenure, advancing organizational effectiveness, culture, workforce engagement and access to cancer care for communities across the region and state.
In her role as vice president of Organizational Development, Culture & Access, Grant leads a multidisciplinary portfolio focused on strengthening Moffitt's people and culture while advancing health access and outcomes. Her areas of leadership include organizational development, leadership and team development, team member engagement, organizational change, health access, linguistic competence, language access and supplier engagement and development.
Grant earned a Master of Public Administration from the Baruch College, City University of New York, Marxe School of Public and International Affairs.
