- Applies to new specialty plates only.
- If you are within 90 days of your registration renewal, please renew your registration first and then submit your application to avoid additional fees.

- If you have a specialty plate number/name, it will automatically change to a new number - we are unable to keep your current one.

- 1-year Specialty Plate registration fees covered.

- Moffitt cannot process customizable license plates, you would need to go directly to the location.

- Plates must be ordered by the registered owner of the vehicle.
- Customized orders are not accepted at this time.

- Once the application is submitted, the request cannot be canceled
