Rafaela A. Amador Fink recently entered her 11th season with the Tampa Bay Rays and has served as the club’s Chief Public Affairs & Communications Officer since 2021. In this role, she oversees broadcasting, baseball information, communications, public affairs, social media, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She works across departments to ensure consistent and effective communication internally and externally, manages all crisis communications and serves as the club’s government affairs liaison. Amador holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a Spanish minor from the University of South Florida. She serves on multiple boards, including the Tampa Bay EDC, Tampa Theatre, and Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and is a member of USF’s Women in Leadership and Philanthropy. She also served as an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base. Outside the office, she is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and lives in Tampa with her husband, Jason, son, Maddox and rescue dog, Gonzo.

Paul Anderson joined Port Tampa Bay as President and CEO in December 2012. In 2003, he was nominated to the Federal Maritime Commission by President George W. Bush. A highlight of Paul’s service includes his appointment to the Committee on Marine Transportation, a cabinet-level strategy group. His fellow Florida port directors elected him as chair of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Paul serves multiple national leadership positions, including Chair of the American Association of Port Authorities and Chair of the Coalition for America's Gateways and Trade Corridors. He recently served as co-chair of the Jack H. Lucas Commissioning Committee to host the historic commissioning of the USS Jack H. Lucas (DDG 125) Arleigh-Burke Class Warship in Tampa. Paul has lived in Florida for over 35 years and is a 1982 graduate of the University of Florida and Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Luke Bencie is President/Managing Director of Security Management International, LLC. He has consulted for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Intelligence Community, Fortune 500 companies, and foreign governments. He has worked in over 100 countries and is the author of six security books. Prior to SMI, Luke was a Senior Security Consultant for Raytheon Company in the Intelligence and Information Systems Division. He also previously served on the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Emergency Support Team, responding to terrorist attacks carried out against U.S. targets overseas. Luke holds graduate degrees in National Security Studies from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and The American Military University, and an MBA from the University of Sarasota. He received his BA from Michigan State University, with further coursework from the University of PA’s Wharton School, the FBI’s National Training Academy, and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

Lyle Blanden served for 35 years as chairman and CEO of J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc., a general contractor and construction management company based in Tampa. Lyle also served as a Board of Trustees of the Foundation of St. Joseph’s Hospital and an advisory board member to the Rays Baseball Foundation. Lyle was raised in Tampa and graduated from Chamberlain High School and the University of South Florida. He and his wife live in Odessa and have a home in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Chris Boss is the managing partner of Boss Law, with a main office in St. Petersburg. Boss Law focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Florida. Chris is a frequent lecturer, commentator and legal analyst on real estate matters to media programs such as the Tampa Bay Times, Fox Channel 13, Channel 10 News and Fox News Radio. Chris is an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa. Prior to Boss Law, Chris worked for KPMG, focusing on tax-related matters. He received his Juris Doctor and undergraduate degree from Stetson University, where he was a scholarship athlete for the Division one men’s tennis program. Chris lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his three children and their golden retriever.

Leslie Brady is a financial and information systems consultant with Steven Douglas. She is a seasoned executive having held financial, audit and operational leadership roles at Herc Rentals, Tech Data, Home Shopping and Eckerd Corp. She spent nearly 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including a global leadership role driving strategic growth initiatives. Leslie is experienced in complex accounting matters, including SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance & acquisitions/divestitures. She is a risk and controls expert in operational, financial and IT risk management. Leslie has served on numerous boards including The American Cancer Society, The Information Systems Audit and Controls Association, The United Way, Camelot Community Care and ECU Credit Union. She holds a Master of Accounting from University of Florida and a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Peter Campo is the past President of Gerdau Long Steel North America, and former executive committee member of the global steel producer. Peter led operations in North America consisting of 18 Steel Mills and 55 downstream fabrication plants. Prior to his appointment as President, Peter held senior positions at Gerdau in supply chain, downstream processing, and procurement. Peter joined Gerdau in 2008 after an 18-year career at General Electric in its Global Research, Plastics, and International segments. He held several positions at GE, with growing responsibilities in general management, supply chain, manufacturing and quality in the U.S. and China. Peter holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Rice University.

Kimberly Casiano is the first Latina woman to serve on a top-five "Fortune 100" corporate board. Kim is a director of Ford Motor Company, Mutual of America, and Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and a former director of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. Outside of the corporate world, Kim was a member of the founding Board of Directors of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA); the global Alumni Board of Harvard Business School; and is former Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Puerto Rico. She has been recognized by many prominent organizations as one of the most powerful Latinos in America. Previously, she was President of one of the largest U.S. Hispanic-owned media, advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), and direct marketing companies. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Latin American Studies from Princeton and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard.

T.J. Couch, Jr., M.B.A., has a long history of philanthropy and board leadership in the Tampa Bay Area, including Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts, USF Foundation, University Area Community Development Corporation, Life Enrichment Center, Couch Family Foundation, and the Hillsborough County Historic Preservation Program. Couch works in the maritime industry as a commercial captain/ Merchant Mariner. Couch is a native of Tampa and enjoys sailing, kayaking and camping in his leisure time.

Todd spent more than 20 years as a healthcare executive, consultant and investor. During his time as a CFO, he helped build multiple successful companies; raising more than $500M in equity and debt, including two IPOs, for companies that generated more than $3.5B in exits. In 2016, he joined HealthQuest Capital as a Partner. HealthQuest is a healthcare venture capital firm currently managing over $1.5B of growth capital investments. Todd retired from HealthQuest in 2023 and acts as an Executive-in-Residence for the fund. He continues to advise startup healthcare companies and maintains several independent Board positions as well. Earlier in his career, Todd worked as an investor for Quintiles (now IQVIA) and as a strategic consultant for SRI International. Todd holds bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting from Miami (Ohio) University and an MBA from Duke University.

Ben Feller is a partner at Maslansky+Partners, the firm that finds exactly the right words to ensure audiences will listen, care and act. An award-winning writer during his distinguished career in journalism, Ben is now a strategic adviser who specializes in helping companies find their winning language and distill it with clarity and distinction. His business role follows a 20-year reporting career in which he was honored as a "master of deadline reporting" and served as the Chief White House Correspondent for The Associated Press. During the presidencies of Barack Obama and George W. Bush, Ben helped lead White House coverage for the largest news organization in the world. Ben is also a writing coach, event moderator, public speaker and the author of Big Problems, Little Problems, a children's book on conquering life's frustrations that reviewers have described as "simply extraordinary." He lives in New York City.

Katherine Frazier is a shareholder and board-certified real estate attorney at Hill Ward & Henderson. Her practice focuses on various types of commercial transactions, including land acquisition and development, entity formation, leasing, financing, survey, and title insurance matters. Katherine was a gubernatorial appointee to serve as a commissioner of the Florida Transportation Commission. In 2015, Katherine was selected as a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year Award. Katherine is the Immediate Past Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and has been an active member of the Executive Council of the Section since 2004. As a fourth-generation Tampa attorney and third-generation Florida native, Katherine has served in multiple leadership roles in several local civic, charitable, and social organizations, including past board president of Henry B. Plant Museum and Champions for Children. Katherine holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law.

Tim Moore is a three-time award-winning director and CEO of Vū Technologies, a creative technology company for next-generation content. As a curiously driven entrepreneur, Tim is the author of several patents in the media industry and has helped Vu grow to become the World’s Largest Network of Virtual Studios.

Jim Morrison retired from Masonite International after 40 years of service as its executive vice president and COOL, leading Masonite to become the world’s leading manufacturer of doors and door components. Jim and his wife, Barbara, volunteer for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and have done extensive volunteer work with A Safe Place and the United Methodist Church. Other volunteer work includes Abe Brown Ministries, Stay Focused – an organization providing scuba diving opportunities for wheelchair bound kids, Tampa Bay Watch and Score. In 2005, Jim was recognized as “National Man of the Year” by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society after being recognized as the Suncoast Chapter “Man of the Year.” Jim was born in Louisiana and is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Prior to moving to Tampa in 2001, he and Barbara lived in Chicago for 20 years.

Marty Nealon has over 35 years of experience in the retail business and held senior positions in a broad range of retail channels, including department stores, specialty stores, TV, catalog and the Internet. Marty served as President of HSN, the TV, Internet and catalog business. Prior to HSN, Marty successfully turned around Afterthoughts, a formerly unprofitable teen specialty store. After overseeing its acquisition by competitor Claire’s stores, she became President of the combined 2,600-store chain. Marty also served as President of Kenneth Cole retail stores and held senior positions at Macy’s and Bloomingdale's. Marty is dedicated to programs supporting women entrepreneurs as an advisor and mentor through multiple organizations, including the New York Fashion Tech Lab and Golden Seeds. She is the interim CEO of the Women of the World Endowment, accelerating change utilizing the levers of finance. Marty is a graduate of Trinity College.

Benjamin Tran, CHA, a distinguished civil engineering graduate from McMaster University, is the dynamic force behind Hillsborough Holding & Robrick Nursery. As its President & CEO, Benjamin has masterfully diversified the company’s portfolio, expanding into sectors like agriculture, real estate, retail, restaurants, hotels, and marinas, predominantly within Florida’s vibrant business scene. Hillsborough Hospitality and Holdings, under Benjamin’s direction, is a mosaic of diverse and innovative investments. One of his crowning achievements is the strategic management and development of properties, with the West Wing Hotel being a prominent example, though it was later sold. Benjamin’s ability to pinpoint and nurture profitable opportunities has not only led to exponential growth for Hillsborough Holdings but has also drawn international investors. His active participation in various organizations across different sectors amplifies his multifaceted expertise and influence in the business world.
