    Rafaela A. Amador Fink recently entered her 11th season with the Tampa Bay Rays and has served as the club’s Chief Public Affairs & Communications Officer since 2021. In this role, she oversees broadcasting, baseball information, communications, public affairs, social media, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She works across departments to ensure consistent and effective communication internally and externally, manages all crisis communications and serves as the club’s government affairs liaison. Amador holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a Spanish minor from the University of South Florida. She serves on multiple boards, including the Tampa Bay EDC, Tampa Theatre, and Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and is a member of USF’s Women in Leadership and Philanthropy. She also served as an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base. Outside the office, she is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and lives in Tampa with her husband, Jason, son, Maddox and rescue dog, Gonzo.

    Paul Anderson joined Port Tampa Bay as President and CEO in December 2012. In 2003, he was nominated to the Federal Maritime Commission by President George W. Bush. A highlight of Paul’s service includes his appointment to the Committee on Marine Transportation, a cabinet-level strategy group. His fellow Florida port directors elected him as chair of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Paul serves multiple national leadership positions, including Chair of the American Association of Port Authorities and Chair of the Coalition for America's Gateways and Trade Corridors. He recently served as co-chair of the Jack H. Lucas Commissioning Committee to host the historic commissioning of the USS Jack H. Lucas (DDG 125) Arleigh-Burke Class Warship in Tampa. Paul has lived in Florida for over 35 years and is a 1982 graduate of the University of Florida and Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

    Luke Bencie is President/Managing Director of Security Management International, LLC. He has consulted for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Intelligence Community, Fortune 500 companies, and foreign governments. He has worked in over 100 countries and is the author of six security books. Prior to SMI, Luke was a Senior Security Consultant for Raytheon Company in the Intelligence and Information Systems Division. He also previously served on the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Emergency Support Team, responding to terrorist attacks carried out against U.S. targets overseas. Luke holds graduate degrees in National Security Studies from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and The American Military University, and an MBA from the University of Sarasota. He received his BA from Michigan State University, with further coursework from the University of PA’s Wharton School, the FBI’s National Training Academy, and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

    Lyle Blanden served for 35 years as chairman and CEO of J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc., a general contractor and construction management company based in Tampa. Lyle also served as a Board of Trustees of the Foundation of St. Joseph’s Hospital and an advisory board member to the Rays Baseball Foundation. Lyle was raised in Tampa and graduated from Chamberlain High School and the University of South Florida. He and his wife live in Odessa and have a home in Saratoga Springs, New York.

    Peter Campo is the past President of Gerdau Long Steel North America, and former executive committee member of the global steel producer. Peter led operations in North America consisting of 18 Steel Mills and 55 downstream fabrication plants. Prior to his appointment as President, Peter held senior positions at Gerdau in supply chain, downstream processing, and procurement. Peter joined Gerdau in 2008 after an 18-year career at General Electric in its Global Research, Plastics, and International segments.
