Eligibility

Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited diagnostic or integrated interventional radiology residency OR ECFMG certification. IMGs need ECFMG certification and a valid U.S. visa status.

Application Information

The Advanced Oncologic Imaging Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center adheres to the SCARD Fellowship Embargo Guidelines established by the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments and will not participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Applications and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Eligible applicants may submit their application materials to Angie Courtney, C-TAGME (Angie.Courtney@Moffitt.org). Please include the following application materials:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3 scores
  • 1 letter of recommendation from your most recent residency/fellowship program director
  • 2 additional letters of recommendation
  • ECFMG documentation (if applicable)
