2024 RET Trainee Fall Festival and Pumpkin Carving Contest
The Research Education and Training Office celebrated the season with our annual Trainee Fall Festival and Pumpkin Carving Contest on Oct. 21! This lively event was filled with fun, friendly competition, and served as a great opportunity for trainees to connect.
Attendees enjoyed painting mini pumpkins, snacked on some delicious fall treats and tested their skills with pumpkin bowling and carving activities. Four teams participated in the highly anticipated Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest.
Participants wowed the crowd with their art skills by transforming ordinary pumpkins into stunning works of art. The room was filled with excitement as each team worked diligently to bring their creative designs to life within the one-hour time limit.
After careful deliberation, the judges announced the winners of this festive fall contest:

First Place: Nicol Mecozzi, Manon Chadourne, Zulaida Soto-Vargas, and Sharon Ochoa
