Dr. Winter completed her medical school education at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then completed internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida followed by hematology-oncology fellowship at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During her training, Dr. Winter served as Chief Resident and Chief Fellow and received recognition including Resident of the Year and The Maimonides Award for compassionate patient care. Dr. Winter’s clinical focus is in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, specifically of the anus, rectum, colon, and pancreas, as well as breast malignancies.
