Moffitt Cancer Center at Speros brings the unmatched excellence of the only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida closer to patients in Pasco County. The 91,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located right off the Suncoast Parkway in Land O'Lakes, FL. The advanced technology it brings to the area north of the Tampa Bay area is specifically designed to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Moffitt at Speros offers a wide range of services to patients, including cancer screenings, diagnostic imaging, blood draw and clinical labs, medical oncology clinics, radiation therapy and infusion services.
This facility is designed to complement the care you receive across all Moffitt campuses, giving patients an opportunity to have labs, imaging, infusion and radiation treatments, which are usually more frequent closer to their homes. Patients can access appointment times across campuses to better fit their schedules.

Moffitt’s at Speros includes an outpatient center, which will open in January 2026. Following the opening of the outpatient center, the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Proton Center will open at the same location in Spring 2026.
Opening Spring 2026, Moffitt's 30,000-square-foot Proton Center will begin installation in March 2025 at our SPEROS FL campus in Pasco County, Florida. The Proteus®ONE will solidify Moffitt’s Speros campus as a premier health care destination and emerging global hub for research and innovation.
Researchers at Speros will be able to explore novel proton therapy applications, including immunotherapies. IBA has also developed emerging technologies ConformalFLASH* and DynamicARC* that will be offered to patients once they receive regulatory clearance.
*ConformalFLASH® and DynamicARC® are registered brands of IBA’s Proton Therapy, which are currently under research and development.
