Vice President, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Operations
Niriksha Patel is the vice president of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Operations at Moffitt Cancer Center. In this role, she oversees the operational infrastructure that supports the department's mission. Her work will directly contribute to Moffitt’s innovation efforts and help accelerate the translation of scientific discovery and digital assets into improved patient outcomes.
She is an accomplished enterprise transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Moffitt in 2026, she held leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, IBM, Deloitte, KPMG and DeepWater Point Consulting.
Patel is widely recognized for connecting strategy with execution, building alignment across complex organizations, and creating operating models that translate innovation into sustainable enterprise value.
She holds an Executive MBA from Yale School of Management, a Master of Science in health systems administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from the University of Central Florida.
