Morgan Guthrie is a Nurse Practitioner in the Blood and Marrow Transplant & Cellular Immunotherapy (BMT-CI) department. She is licensed as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the State of Florida Board of Nursing, and is also a member of and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Morgan first started in BMT at Moffitt Cancer Center as a Registered Nurse on the inpatient unit in 2012 after graduating from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She continued her career in oncology at the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. During her time there, she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree in 2017 from the University of Miami. Following graduation, she was fortunately able to relocate back to Tampa (with her husband, Blake, and beloved French Bulldog, Roux) where she returned to the BMT-CI department at Moffitt as an Advanced Practice Professional working collaboratively as part of the interdisciplinary team. Morgan continues to enjoy caring for her transplant population and is happy to work with such an incredible staff.
