Stay healthy this holiday season by joining us for a special event dedicated to your health and wellness. Moffitt Cancer Center invites employees and our valued partner organizations to take part in convenient on-site cancer screenings, offered as part of our commitment to seamless cancer care.

Note for Lung Screening and Mammogram: You'll have to meet the screening criteria to qualify. The specific criteria for each screening are listed below.
Head and neck cancer screenings can be done at any age. During a screening, a healthcare provider reviews the participant’s medical history and provides a comprehensive clinical exam of the participant’s oral cavity, throat and ears for abnormalities.
If abnormalities are identified, the participant is referred to their primary care physician or an ear, nose and throat physician.
According to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, a Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) screening is recommended if you are:
• 50 years of age or older, and
• A current or former smoker with at least a 20 pack-year* smoking history, and
• Have no signs or symptoms of lung cancer
The lung screening process is completed in about 5 to 10 minutes from arrival to departure and does not require needles or any preparation.
Studies show that regular annual screening in women without symptoms can reduce breast cancer deaths by about 30%. The American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI) recommend that women at average risk begin screening at age 40.
Due to our expertise, Moffitt was voted "Best Mammogram Center" in the Tampa Bay Times Best of the Best People's Choice Awards for the past five years.
Skin screenings are recommended at any age and are provided free of charge to the public. They take place in areas that offer privacy when needed.
If suspicious lesions are found, participants receive follow-up recommendations to share with their primary care physician or dermatologist.
