Dr. Lake Accepted to MAPCI Training Program

Congratulations to Dr. Paige Lake, a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Laura Oswald, Department of Health Outcomes and Behavior, Health Outcomes & Behavior Program, on her acceptance into the University of Michigan NCI-funded training institute on Methods for Adapting and Personalizing Cancer Control Interventions (MAPCI).
The MAPCI is a new training program launched by the Data Science for Dynamic Intervention Decision-Making Center, intended to prepare scientists to design and evaluate adaptive, patient-centered interventions across the cancer care continuum. The d3center at the Institute for Social Research, in partnership with the Rogel Cancer Center, will use a five-year, $1.47 million award from the National Cancer Institute to launch the training program MAPCI, or Methods for Adapting and Personalizing Cancer Control Interventions.
Congratulations, Dr. Lake!
