  • We are committed to continuously improving our accessibility services for patients. If you require an accommodation that we do not currently offer, please contact us at AccessCoordination@Moffitt.org.
  • Moffitt will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations or modifications. Please note, however, that accommodations and modifications are based on an individual’s needs and not personal preference.
